Will my instrument arrive setup?
This is probably the most asked question, even though we can't imagine anyone ever buying an instrument that needs to be setup. Most definitely your instrument will arrive setup, and most likely even still in tune! The Setup is one of the biggest things you're buying, that assurance and guarantee that the instrument will play easily and sound its best. Therefore give us approx. 10 days to set up the Instrument prior shipping.
How long does shipping take?
If we have the items available at the time of your order (which we would let you know at the time of your order) the shipment will likely be sent the same day if ordered before 4:00 p.m, or the next day. Shipment within the continental U.S. typically takes 3-5 days to most locations.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We only ship within the continental of United States.
Will my item have a manufacturer’s warranty?
All new products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty.
Do you have a payment plan? How does it work?
Yes, we do offer "Shop Pay" you the option to pay in full at checkout, or to split your purchase into regular payments with Shop Pay Installments,
String Sizing Instruments
Violins come in sizes ranging from 1/16 (smallest) to 4/4 (largest). Have the student stand up tall and hold his/her left arm straight out to the side (perpendicular to his/her body) with the palm facing up. Measure from the neck to the center of the palm. Use the following measurements as a guide of which size the student will need:

20.4-22.2”: 1/2
22.2-23.6”: 3/4
23.6+”: 4/4
VIOLA
Viola sizes (12"-16.5") are based on the actual measurement, in inches, of the body of the viola. It is best to measure with the viola itself, but if that is not an option use the following guidelines for choosing size:
Have the student stand up tall and hold his/her left arm straight out to the side (perpendicular to his/her body) with the palm facing up. Measure from the neck to the base of the fingers. Use the following measurements as a guide of which size the student will need:

CELLO
Since both body height and body proportions are helpful when sizing for a cello, it is best to have a cello present when measuring for size. However, if the cello isn't available, use the following height guidelines for choosing size:

How do I care for my instrument?
Always keep your String Instrument clean of rosin, and other debris. When you are not playing your instrument, the bow should be loosened. If the screw begins to come out the bow will not loosen any more. .
Keep your String Instrument away from extreme weather. Have a humidifier in the case during the winter months.
Do you offer in Home-Trials?
You can purchase the Instrument, once you received it, you have 10 days to try your Instrument. If you don’t like it, please return boxed up safe to us. You're responsible for the cost of return. As soon as we received the Item back, we will refund you the money.
