1. INSTRUMENT SETUP & ORDER INFORMATION
Q: Will my instrument arrive set up?
A: Yes. Every instrument is professionally set up before it is shipped.
Please note: Please allow approximately 5–8 business days for setup and preparation before shipping. Your instrument will be carefully prepared and, whenever possible, shipped in tune.
Q: I’m afraid to buy an instrument online. Is it safe?
A: We understand that buying a string instrument online can feel like a big decision.
At String Power, we take the process seriously. Our instruments are professionally
set up before shipping, and we provide clear information about shipping, warranties,

2. RETURNS & WARRANTY
Q: Can I return an instrument if I decide it’s not right for me?
A: Yes. Instruments may be returned within 7 days of delivery if you decide the instrument is not right for you. Please contact us before returning the instrument and carefully repack it for shipment. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Q: Do you offer a bow trial?
A: No. We do not offer a bow trial period. However, if you decide the bow is not right for you, it may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning it and carefully repack the bow for shipment. Please make sure there is no excessive rosin buildup on the bow or its hair, as excessive rosin may affect its condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Our return policy depends on the type and value of the item:
- Non-returnable items: Orders under $30, custom orders (including colored Glasser
bows), and gift cards.
- Returnable items priced between $31 and $80: Issued as store credit only.

Q: Will my item have a manufacturer's warranty?
A: Yes. New products are covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty, subject to
the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

3. SHIPPING & PAYMENT
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: In-stock standard items ship the same day if ordered before 2:00 p.m. EST, or the
following business day. Instruments requiring setup require approximately 10 days.
Once shipped, delivery within the continental U.S. typically takes 3–5 business days.
Q: Do you ship outside the United States?
A: We currently ship only within the continental United States.
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: Yes. We offer Shop Pay, which allows you to pay in full at checkout or split your
purchase into regular installments (subject to eligibility).

- Below 21.5" --> 12" Viola
- 21.5" – 23.0" --> 13" Viola
- 23.0" – 24.5" --> 14" Viola
- 24.5" – 26.0" --> 15" Viola
- 26.0"+ --> 16" Viola
CELLO SIZING GUIDE (Based on student height):
- 3.0 ft --> 1/10 Cello
- 3.0 – 3.5 ft --> 1/8 Cello

5. INSTRUMENT CARE TIPS
- Wipe rosin dust off the strings and instrument after playing with a soft, dry cloth.
- Always loosen the bow hair after playing (stop when the hair is relaxed).
- Avoid extreme heat, cold, or sudden temperature changes. Never leave in a hot car.
- Use an appropriate instrument humidifier during dry winter months.
