With a lustrous golden-brown hand applied oil varnish, the Juzek model 354 cello has the look of distinction Oil varnish contributes to a warmer, more open sound, as it allows the plates to vibrate more freely. This model uses the finest quality European tonewoods - seasoned spruce and highly flamed Bosnian maple. Skilled hands carefully graduate the plates based on the instruments of Stradivarius, the result being a professional quality instrument that is sure to inspire its new owner.
Set up the bridge with a Despiau B grade and shave down the fingerboard and nut. The strings on these are Larsen A and D and Spirocore Chrome G and C.
