The A40 Core Academy Beginner/Intermediate Double Bass Outfit offers students a durable, easy-to-play instrument and a complete package for lessons, rehearsals, and performances. Its fully laminated construction withstands the demands of everyday use, while the ebony fingerboard and height-adjustable bridge provide dependable playability.

Choose the traditional finish in a wide range of sizes or the stylish black. Available exclusively in 3/4 size, the black model features a tuxedo-inspired finish with white pinstripe detailing and Rotosound strings—ideal for jazz, swing, bluegrass, rockabilly, pizzicato, and slap playing.
