The Rocca Core Select Advanced Cello offers a comfortable alternative for petite cellists who want substantial sound without the bulk of a traditional full-size model. Its narrower pattern is slightly larger than a standard 7/8 cello, with slender shoulders that make shifting into higher positions easier and more comfortable.
Inspired by Giuseppe Rocca of Turin, whose work drew from the great Stradivari and Guarneri traditions, this cello combines seasoned tonewoods with careful craftsmanship. Its clear, projecting tenor voice provides the focus and soloistic character needed for orchestral, chamber, and solo performance.
