Named in honor of celebrated French violinist Émile Sauret, who studied with Henri Vieuxtemps and performed with Franz Liszt, this advanced Maple Leaf Strings viola combines historical inspiration with refined modern craftsmanship.
The Émile Sauret Viola is carefully handcrafted with selected tonewoods and an advanced Stradivari-style graduation pattern. Its hand-applied shaded varnish and light antiquing beautifully complement the figured maple, creating an elegant instrument with excellent tonal potential and responsive playability.
