The CS1400 Core Select Beginner Cello offers an affordable introduction to the Core Select series without sacrificing the benefits of traditional carved construction. Made from fully carved, nicely aged spruce and maple, it provides beginning cellists with enhanced resonance and tonal potential as their playing develops.
A mildly shaded golden-brown varnish gives the instrument a warm, refined appearance. Quality components—including an Aubert French bridge, D’Addario Helicore strings, and integrated fine tuners—provide dependable response, comfortable playability, and easier tuning.
